Elly was already completely dazzled by the title of “head maid.”
She decided to take the gamble.

“A brilliant stratagem?”
“That’s right. If you find yourself in danger, open it. It will help you escape and turn peril into safety. But… you absolutely must not open it in advance, or it won’t work!” Xia Yi spoke in a mysterious tone.
“With Your Highness’s stratagem, I’m not afraid at all now! This time, I’ll definitely complete the mission!”
Elly stood at attention and saluted Xia Yi.

“I’m ready, Your Highness.”
Elly activated her special ability, transforming into a completely different appearance, from a young girl into a mature dragon woman.
She wore a tight black night suit that accentuated her striking curves.
“Your Highness, I can’t maintain this form for long in combat, so please act quickly. Once you achieve your goal, withdraw as soon as possible,” Elly explained.
“Understood. Elly, begin!”
“I’m going!”
Elly swiftly climbed up a pillar, leapt onto the rooftop, and dashed forward. She soared through the air like a shadow before landing in front of the magical power supply center.
Such an action immediately attracted the guards’ attention.
“Who goes there?!”
The guards became alert, raising their weapons.

Elly didn’t respond. She slowly stood up and stepped forward.
To others, it looked like outright provocation.
“Unknown individual, place your hands on your head and kneel immediately! Surrender now! Any suspicious movement will result in immediate execution!”
The guards issued a stern warning.
Well-trained soldiers gathered, surrounding her with weapons drawn.

The little green dragon maid hypnotized herself mentally.
“Move aside!”
Elly clenched her teeth, raised her palm high, and slammed it onto the ground.
Boom!
Dragon power surged into the earth, spreading outward as an invisible shockwave that blasted the guards back.
“Enemy attack! Enemy attack! Maximum alert! From now on, use all means necessary, eliminate the intruder!”
The captain shouted at the top of his lungs while activating the magical device on his command token.
The alarm pierced the night sky, and more guards began to gather.
“Ah… it’s over…!”
Elly’s body trembled.
Even if she dropped her disguise and declared herself a member of the Royal Maid Corps, it wouldn’t matter anymore.
Once the alarm was triggered, their priority shifted from capture to immediate execution.
She couldn’t stay here any longer!
Looking around, she spotted a less-guarded direction and bolted.
“You, follow me and pursue the intruder! The rest stay and guard this place!”
The captain quickly issued orders and led a pursuit team after her.
Only a portion of guards remained at the power supply center.
Seeing Elly disappear from sight, Xia Yi, hidden in the shadows, realized the time had come.

Xia Yi snapped her fingers.
A magic array she had set activated, releasing towering flames that lit up the night, creating the illusion of a fire.
“That’s bad, there’s a fire over there! Hurry, put it out!!”
The remaining guards panicked. Such chaos had never occurred in the palace before.
As their attention shifted to the blaze,
Xia Yi moved.
Using her movement technique, she pushed her speed to the limit and seized the opportunity to slip into the magical power supply center unnoticed.

Xia Yi snapped her fingers.
Magic flowed into the array before her, activating its circuits. The sealed door opened, revealing a passage beyond.

Xia Yi smiled confidently.

A magic missile grazed past Elly and struck the ground, exploding and sending her flying.
That attack carried deadly intent, it was launched by the guards.
“Stop right there!”
The dragon guards shouted as they chased from behind.
Terrified, Elly scrambled to her feet and tried to escape.
But more magic missiles came from the front, blocking her path and striking her directly.
“Ahhhhh!!”
Elly rolled on the ground in agony, dizzy and numb all over.
If not for her toughness, she might have died on the spot.
With the alarm triggered, guards were everywhere, there was nowhere left to run.
Ambushed from the front, pursued from behind, she was trapped.
If caught, she would be killed as an intruder without even a chance to explain.
She had fallen into a desperate situation.

In despair, Elly grasped at her last hope. While running, she reached into her suit and pulled out the small pouch.
