“Not at all, Xia Yiyi. I was actually thinking of letting you pick any treasure you like and gifting it to you.”
“Gift it to me?!”
Xia Yi’s eyes widened in shock.
Every treasure here was incredibly rare and valuable, yet Elizabeth was offering to give one away for free?
“You’re lying to me, aren’t you!”
“As the Vampire Clan’s Divine Ancestor, ownership of the Royal Treasury ultimately lies with me. I can dispose of any treasure here as I please.”
Elizabeth walked over to Aroundight and pointed at the legendary weapon.
“If you like this sword, I could certainly gift it to you.”
“Why?”
It sounded too good to be true, like a pie falling from the sky.
“Because Xia Yiyi will soon be my consort. What’s wrong with giving a gift to my beloved bride and personal little blood bag?”

Xia Yi decided to test the waters and approached Aroundight.

Elizabeth stopped her.
“See? Wicked woman, you were just putting on an act! You can’t actually bear to part with it, can you?” Xia Yi accused.
“That’s not it, Xia Yi. Remember what I just said?” Elizabeth explained. “Once you become my consort, everything here can be shared with you. But for now, you’re still the consort-to-be. We haven’t formally married yet. After tomorrow’s ceremony, when you officially become my consort, you can freely choose any treasure here.”
“…I really don’t understand why you’re so fixated on tomorrow’s wedding.”
Xia Yi voiced her lingering doubt.
