“Mo Mo, do you want me to stay?”

Lin Mo nodded without hesitation. His owner couldn’t abandon her kitten. The kitten would be heartbroken.

“Alright then, Mo Mo will have to take me in.” A smile curled at the corners of Xu Xinghe’s lips as she agreed.

They hadn’t been talking long when suddenly a woman’s crying came from the door. Xu Xinghe looked up.

The woman at the door had a very gentle appearance, though her brows and eyes showed some weariness.

Lin Mo looked at his mother in the door, his eyes a bit red. “Mom, you’re here.”
