    Chapter 66: The Porcelain Dolls

Several Fox gentlemen were in such pain their faces turned purple, unable to even cry out. Unfortunately, the hall was crowded, and for a moment, no one noticed the odd scene in the middle of the crowd.

“Andrew~ Don’t be so rude.” Lilith smoothed her hair, glanced at the leader of the Fox ruffians, then smiled at Louis. “Let Sir Louis finish speaking first.”

Seeing the Goddess speak, Andrew reluctantly stopped, but not before angrily kicking the table.

With a loud clatter, the table wobbled. Two porcelain dolls at the edge of the table toppled over onto the tabletop and slowly rolled towards the edge, falling to the floor one after the other.

“What a coincidence, Mister Andrew, Mister Daniel.” Louis smiled and nodded.

“Alright, alright, Andrew.” Daniel elegantly flicked his sleeve, patted Andrew’s chest, gave Lilith’s shoe near her feet a meaningful glance, then looked at Louis and said, “Sir Louis has something to say to Miss Lilith… Hmm? … Hmm? Mmmgrrlll… Siiraawoowaaah~”

In the midst of that intense pain, Daniel suddenly grabbed Andrei’s arm hard. His face turned ashen as he faced Andrew, sticking out his rear end.

Andrew was chewing gum and sneering coldly when suddenly, his face also turned ashen. He faced Daniel and stuck out his rear end.

The two were now face to face…

Lilith and the others frowned in confusion and looked over. They saw their two ‘Knights’, their features twisted in agony, facing each other while sticking their rear ends out. Their whole bodies trembled like sieves.

Then, everyone watched in stunned amazement as, with a ripping sound, something tore through the backs of the two men’s pants. A monkey leapt out from Daniel’s rear end, squealing wildly.

Meanwhile, Andrew was painfully forcing out a huge durian.

Daniel, who had been elegant just moments before, and Andrew, who had been arrogant, shook their heads in their convulsions. They made a gurgling sound, then toppled over face to face, landing stiffly with their rear ends in the air, fainting from the pain.

The monkey then jumped out, grabbed the durian excitedly, lifted it up, and ran around chaotically, chattering loudly.

The hall fell dead silent. The Foxes were all dumbfounded. They turned their heads numbly, their eyes wide as they looked at Louis, then at the porcelain dolls on the table. Their mouths hung open as if they’d seen a ghost.

Laughter and whistles broke the hall’s silence.

“Hahahaha, that’s hilarious!~” The little Yordles at the entrance applauded.

“I told you the boss is a Wizard!”

The little Yordles who were being punished by standing in the hall also wiped their tears and cried out, clenching their fists, “Beat up these bad guys!”

    “Just watch!”

Amid the noisy chatter of the little Yordles, Louis smiled and looked at the Foxes.

“You see, no one got the first question right. It seems whatever the professors taught you, you just ate it all up—See, I told you, this stuff is fragile.”

As he spoke, Louis smiled, reached out, and lifted the table. The heavy, massive table rose into the air as lightly as a piece of paper, then crashed down onto the floor.

Immediately, six porcelain dolls rolled off and shattered on the ground, and six Foxes in the hall suddenly turned pale and stuck out their rear ends.

No one knew what kind of strange magic this was, nor how this Wizard had done it. But now everyone knew what was happening.

Seeing the large number of porcelain dolls on the table, wobbling and clattering like roly-poly toys for a long time, the Foxes’ scalps crawled. Some almost fainted from fright.

A quick-handed person drew their Wand and cast a Magic Spell at the porcelain dolls on the table, trying to pull them all over. Just as the spell flew near the dolls, one porcelain doll exploded along with the spell.

Then, another person turned pale and stuck out their rear end.

“Don’t use Magic!” Lilith suddenly shouted, her face pale. “Those porcelain dolls are all cursed! They’ll explode if they sense Magic nearby!”

Everyone was stunned—Wasn’t this just a bomb?

“Very good, very good.” Louis clapped. “It seems someone got the second question right—Miss Lilith, there will be a reward for you later.”

Lilith forced an ugly smile and secretly signaled to the Foxes with her eyes.

    Louis chuckled softly.

Just then, two strong Foxes who had secretly moved closer to Louis amidst the chaos pounced on him from behind, trying to pin him down.

The first Fox crashed right into Louis’s back. With a thud like hitting a wall, his front teeth shattered immediately. Dazed and seeing stars, he collapsed on the floor.

Currently, even five strong Dragon Clan warriors couldn’t handle this guy. His Strength was greater than that of a Unicorn Mountain Troll. And with all the power of such a large Unicorn Mountain Troll condensed into a human body, his physique was naturally as solid as stone.

The first Fox fell unconscious on the spot. The other Fox, still mid-pounce,

was casually swatted away by Louis with a backhand slap. The burly Fox spun 720 degrees in mid-air and flew back exactly where he came from.

The Foxes not far away saw this, their mouths agape enough to fit an apple. But some still wanted to charge, planning to win by sheer numbers.

Louis didn’t even look at them. He casually kicked the table. The huge, heavy stone table flew diagonally into the air. Upon landing, all the dolls on it toppled over with a clatter and rolled to one side.

Several Foxes fainted on the spot from fright.

It’s over, it’s over, it’s over. Today is a total loss, a complete wipeout!

We’re all going to give birth to monkeys together!

Just as the porcelain dolls were about to hit the floor, Louis’s sleeve blocked the edge of the table. The Foxes breathed a huge sigh of relief; some even wiped the sweat from their brows. Everyone couldn’t help but force a smile and look at Louis.

“S-Sir Louis.” The boss lady, Lilith, spoke. She bit her lip, her voice trembling slightly as she looked at Louis. “Let’s talk.”

Louis gave her a sidelong glance, then simply pulled back his sleeve. The porcelain dolls tumbled and rolled down in a clatter.

At this moment, the Foxes stared wide-eyed at Louis as if looking at a devil.

As about a dozen porcelain dolls were about to hit the floor one by one, many Foxes fainted from fright on the spot. In that critical moment, a nimble boot caught each of those porcelain dolls.

Not a single one shattered. Looking up, it was the smiling Louis.

Whistles and applause erupted again from the entrance. The little Yordles started cheering once more.

“I told you the boss is a Nightmare (assassin)!”

    “Just watch!~”

    The Foxes were all dumbfounded.

    A Wizard?

With moves like that, he’s better than the Nightmares and Nightingales from the Red Fox Den!

And that long table—it was stone! Yet with a seemingly light kick from him, the table almost flew up!

This guy must have Dragon Clan blood!

Under the tense gaze of everyone, they saw Louis juggling the porcelain dolls on his foot one by one, then the dolls landed perfectly back on the table. Afterwards, Louis smiled at everyone, reached out to pull the table, lifting it a bit, then shaking it. The porcelain dolls rolled and clattered all over.

The young Fox ruffians and delinquents stared with wide eyes, their hearts trembling along with the swaying table. A few Fox troublemakers couldn’t handle the stress. Their legs went weak, and thump, they fell to their knees on the spot.

“Grandfather, we were wrong. We shouldn’t have played those Magic tricks on you today!”

Some straightforward Foxes knelt on the floor and surrendered outright. Others slapped their own faces, offering apologies.

“Why kneel to me? Go to the little Yordles.” Louis withdrew his hand, put the table down, and patted his sleeves. He glanced at the Narration.

The little Yordles excitedly rushed in, clapping. “The boss’s circus performance was amazing! Clap, everybody, clap!”

The Foxes looked at the porcelain dolls on the table, then forced fawning smiles and looked towards the little Yordles they usually bullied. They joined in the applause.

    [Principal Oliver’s Favorability + Max]

[Magic Cat Shopkeeper’s Favorability + Max]

[Academic Yordle Younger Generation Reputation: Worship]

‘It seems the principal understood my magic after all.’ Louis glanced at the sneaky ‘Peacebird’ outside the window and thought, ‘The principal’s bird student is quite skilled; he probably understood—this really is knowledge available in the academy. I wonder if Ocris mentioned Sister Stia to him. But from now on, whatever I do should be seen as reasonable.’

‘After talking with Yingling, I won’t need to mess with these kids anymore. It’s time to use my real identity and meet some real Wizards!’

‘Of course, if someone bullies others for no reason, then I’ll have to bully them too.’ Louis patted a little Yordle’s head.

If the Yordles hadn’t come crying to him this afternoon, this ‘lesson in manners’ probably wouldn’t have been so… ‘vivid’.

Thinking of this, Louis smiled and looked at Yingling’s younger sister—that little white-haired ‘Your Majesty’ Lilith.
