“Block!”

Chu Gaoxuan’s voice rang out, and the three of them swiftly deployed their respective defensive spiritual techniques. The spiritual energy before them coalesced into a series of curtains, exuding a profound and mighty aura.

Seeing this, Ye Wushuang merely sneered.

“Shatter!”

The fiery stones rained down in an overwhelming deluge.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

As the stones struck the curtains of defense that the three had formed, they produced a cacophony of sounds—like a storm pounding the earth—crackling and thundering.

Initially, the robust curtains of spiritual energy managed to withstand the assault.

However, as the number and size of the fiery stones launched by the dragon’s wings increased, the curtains began to falter.

Crack! Crack! Crack!

The curtains of spiritual defense gradually developed fissures.

“Retreat!”

The three of them almost simultaneously released their hold and retreated backward.

In the next moment, the curtains exploded and vanished into nothingness.

“Retreat?”

Ye Wushuang let out a cold snort and once again commanded the dragon, closing in on the trio.

“Where do you think you’re retreating to?”

The dragon opened its maw, and massive, fiery stones, each covered in scorching flames, spewed forth.

Thud! Thud! Thud!

The stones struck the ground, exploding upon impact, incinerating the grass and trees in an instant.

The three figures scattered, but the stones blocked their paths.

Boom!!

A deep, resonant explosion rang out. Shang Hongbo, caught off guard, was struck by one of the stones on his shoulder. He was knocked to the ground, his shoulder bones shattering with a series of cracks. His face turned pale, and he spat out large mouthfuls of blood.

“Shang Hongbo!”

“Shang Hongbo!”

Seeing this, Chu Gaoxuan and Qin Yuanhua’s expressions changed dramatically.

The other elders, who were at the Spirit Realm level five and six, rushed over to intercept the fiery stones that were hurtling toward Shang Hongbo.

Now, as everyone looked at Ye Wushuang, their eyes were filled with deep apprehension.

“Didn’t you want to kill me? Why are you running?”

Ye Wushuang’s cold smile spread across her face as the dragon’s wings unfolded once more, unleashing a barrage of fiery stone arrows.

The elders, each deploying their life’s worth of skills, attempted to block the assault, but they immediately felt the immense pressure.

“Damn it,” Chu Gaoxuan cursed.

A mere warrior of the fifth level of the Condensation Pulse realm had actually managed to force them, who were at the late stage of the Spirit Realm, into such a desperate situation.

“The ones who should be damned are you,” Ye Wushuang retorted, never ceasing her assault as the dragon continued its ferocious attack.

“Ah…”

A scream of agony pierced the air. One of the elders at the fifth level of the Spirit Realm was struck on the shoulder by a fiery stone and spat out a mouthful of blood.

Then, even more fiery stone arrows rained down. In the span of just a few breaths, the elder was pierced through like a sieve, meeting a violent end.

The other elders, witnessing this, grew even more pale-faced.

Taking advantage of the moment, Shang Hongbo hastily swallowed a pill, but the pain from his shattered shoulder bones made the face of this seventh-level Spirit Realm warrior look significantly paler, and it was clear he wouldn’t be able to recover in a short time.

At this moment, Chu Gaoxuan and Qin Yuanhua arrived as well. The elders joined forces, each deploying their spiritual techniques to fend off Ye Wushuang’s relentless assault from above.

Now, Chao Ping, Wan Tiang, and the dozen or so elder instructors stood there, dumbfounded, even retreating more than ten miles away.

It was simply inconceivable.

Even though Ye Wushuang had leveraged the valley’s terrain and the power of the geothermal energy, her dominance was still outrageous.

This time, with such a confrontational stance against the Chu, Qin, and Shang clans, even if she survived this, she would surely be targeted by the geniuses of the various great families within the Blue Cloud Academy and resented by their powerful elders once she arrived there.

This was truly not a wise move.

Ye Wushuang could have bided her time, waiting until she was truly strong enough before contending with these great families.

“The Qin, Chu, and Shang clans, do you really think that the Blue Cloud Academy is under your control? Do you truly believe that within the Blue Cloud Empire, everyone must fear you?” Ye Wushuang’s voice rang out, cold and resolute. “I, Ye Wushuang, refuse to be afraid!”

As her voice echoed, the dragon’s claws reached out into the air, forming two claw marks that tore through the void, launching directly at Chu Gaoxuan and the others…
