This sudden and shocking turn of events immediately caused many people, who were already trembling with fear, to let out screams and wails that seemed to pierce through the clouds.

As they continued to descend, the speed of the crowd increased dramatically.

Until finally……

**Thud! Thud! Thud!**

One by one, their bodies crashed to the ground, but not at the mountain peak, nor on the hard earth. Instead, they landed on clumps of clouds that had gathered together, as soft as cotton.

The impact caused everyone to bounce up and down several times before they finally stood there, bewildered, on these clusters of clouds.

This experience was truly a close call, terrifying beyond words.

As the crowd calmed down, they looked around and their expressions froze.

At first glance, this place was like a heavenly sanctuary.

Before their eyes lay a grand path, stretching hundreds of feet in length and more than ten feet in width.

On either side of the path stood towering sculptures, each several feet tall and exquisitely lifelike. There were cranes standing proudly, orioles singing melodiously, and deer leaping gracefully, each one unique in its pose.

At the end of the path stood a magnificent palace, nestled beneath the clouds.

Beyond the palace, one could see rainbows arching across the sky, framing a lush green mountain.

All of these elements together formed a rare and breathtaking sight in this world.

For a moment, everyone stood there, stunned.

One by one, they stepped off the clouds and onto the solid ground of the path, finally realizing that this was not a dream.

“Years ago, I heard that the master of the Luli Cave Heaven was the Luli Fairy, once the most beautiful woman in the Tianxuan Continent. I never imagined that the sacred land left by the Luli Fairy would be so rare and truly deserving of the word ‘sacred,’” someone remarked.

Everyone nodded in agreement.

They walked along the path, past the sculptures, heading toward the palace area. Soon, the crowd dispersed.

As they passed by, many were captivated by the grand palaces and majestic pavilions.

“Some of the palace gates are open…” someone noticed quickly.

“It’s said that Xu Cangyan and Qi Wentian entered early. It must be their people…” another speculated.

“Probably so,” others agreed.

Some had taken the lead, but even those who arrived later were still carefully searching each hall, hoping to find something.

But in the end, it was all in vain.

“Damn it, there’s nothing here,” one complained.

“Xu Cangyan and Qi Wentian, those bastards, they’ve taken everything, leaving nothing behind,” another grumbled.

“You wouldn’t dare say a word if you saw them now,” someone else pointed out.

Everyone was furious.

Hall after hall, pavilion after pavilion, there was nothing—except for some furniture, everything was empty.

They had hoped to find great opportunities in this famous forbidden land, but now it was all a wasted effort.

On Ye Wushuang’s side,

Mu Qingqian, Lin Qingfeng, Qin Muyu, and others all returned, shaking their heads.

Lin Qingfeng spoke up: “Everything is empty, either taken by Xu Cangyan and Qi Wentian’s people, or perhaps… this place was empty to begin with.”

Ye Wushuang stood in front of a grand hall, on a square facing the palace, looking at the rainbow-encircled Daqing Mountain behind it.

From beginning to end, Ye Wushuang had never entered the palace to search. He just stood there, quietly gazing into the distance.

“This place is the ancient land of the Luli Valley, where the Luli Fairy, Yu Luli, once lived in the Tianxuan Continent,” Ye Wushuang said slowly. “Now I understand.”

Understand?

Understand what?

As everyone was complaining, suddenly, on Daqing Mountain behind the palace, a cloud of dust erupted at the mountain’s waist.

“Look over there!”

“What’s happening?”

“Is that mountain going to collapse?”

Hundreds of people between the palaces all looked over, their expressions filled with terror.

Ye Wushuang looked and then said, “Let’s go and see.”

Qi Wentian and Xu Cangyan were both here, and Qing Shiyu had also arrived early. Perhaps the first group to arrive was on Daqing Mountain.

Seeing Ye Wushuang and his group set off, the others were not willing to lag behind and rushed toward Daqing Mountain.

Soon, the crowd arrived at the foot of the mountain and began to climb.

When they reached the halfway point, everyone stopped.

At this mountain waist location, there was a large terrace.

On the terrace, figures stood, clearly divided into two groups.

The group on the left consisted of about a hundred people, both men and women, all appearing quite young.

Their clothing varied, but each had the same mark on different parts of their garments.

The imprint of a sword.

Central Earth, Lingjian Pavilion.

The leader, a young man who looked no more than eighteen or nineteen years old, wore a dark blue robe. His aura was gentle, and his expression was calm.

His eyebrows were elegant, his eyes clear, and his features were as if carved perfectly, giving him an air of a divine being born with a heavenly light.

“Lingjian Pavilion, Xu Cangyan!”

When the crowd saw this young man, they couldn’t help but gasp, and some even took a few steps back involuntarily.

It was not a suppression of aura, but an instinctive, psychological fear that overwhelmed them.
