Chapter 371: The Evil in the Snowy Land
The three of them quickly left the cave and returned to the corridor. As expected, three Rockjaw Trogg were coming towards them from the other end of the corridor.
Greed and Jesse swiftly dealt with these three individuals, dragged their bodies into the cave, and continued forward from the other side of the corridor, bypassing a few corners to reach another hall where six or seven Rockjaw Trogg resided.
However, this location was far from the cave entrance they had just left, and it seemed like they hadn’t noticed any commotion there. They were just sitting by the fire pits here dozing off.
Walking along the edge towards a dark corner, Daggett pointed to a large door high up in the hall, indicating that they should go through there.
Jesse always worried about the stone that Daggett carried. Obviously, it was not a good thing, and it did not belong to Uldaman.
They sneaked inside the door, feeling like they were leaving a temple and returning to a dig site, with passageways, caves, pits, and trenches everywhere.

"Let’s go this way, I remember there’s a hall over there," he pointed to the other path.
Jesse glanced at the dead-end on this side, it seemed that at this point in time, Uldaman had not been completely excavated yet.

The three walked up the stairs and approached the doorway of the hall. It was dark inside, and they could only see some stone pillars faintly illuminated by the faint light from outside; there was no sound.
Jesse took out the Azuresong Mageblade to light up the hall and found many collapsed small stone statues and pillars scattered inside.
"I can sense it, Jesse," Greed leaned on a stone pillar, looking into the depths of the hall. "I can feel it, this is the place."
"Are you sure?" Jesse kicked a broken leg of a statue and discovered that these small statues all resembled dwarves.
Wait… Could these be the fallen Earthen?
Daggett said, "This is a hall created by the builders for the dwarf ancestors. We’ve also found these shattered statues in the ancient ruins of Dun Morogh. At first, we thought they were life-size statues made by ancient dwarves, but later we realized that these might be our ancestors themselves."

"Northrend." Daggett said. "I found it in the ruins of a giant village."
Jesse wondered to himself, which giants was Daggett referring to, the Storm Giants or the Vrykul?
In Northrend, there are two types of giants. The Vrykul are considered the ancestors of humans. Most Vrykul, both male and female, grow to over two meters tall, with the tallest reaching about three meters.
The Storm Giants, on the other hand, are mythical creatures… In the game, the Storm Giants are as tall as several stories and their steps shake the earth.
In a giant’s village, you should talk about Vrykul.
"Yes, there are giants living in Northrend. Some of these giants are friendly and can communicate. When I showed them this stone, they said it was a goddess from their legends, living in the far northern cliffs and mountains."

"Of course," nodded Daggett, looking at the stone again, "I will never part with her again."
