The clattering skeleton emitted low wails from its gnashing jaws, seemingly infuriated by the assault. Flames flared as icy energy flickered, both elements merging into strange multicolored light that surged toward Ye Yun.

The black and white light at his brow flashed violently. Air around him whirled into a spinning vortex that met the incoming ice-fire assault head-on.

Focusing inward, he found the white glow darting madly before slowing under pressure. It condensed into a dull white bead.
