Master Youming chuckled at Master Qianling’s words, like a cheerful older sister.

She pulled out a dark blue Avatar Jade Talisman and tossed it to Xu Fan.

"Call me sister, and from now on, I’ve got your back. If you ever need anything, just give me a shout," Master Youming said with a grin.

"Thanks, sister. If you ever need spirit ore to craft some magical gear, just let me know, and I’ll make sure to help you out," Xu Fan replied, smiling.

He thought this new sister of his had a great vibe and could be a solid friend.

"Having a future artifact great master as my little brother is an honor," Master Youming said, beaming.

The group was ushered into the Dragon Immortal Palace, where Master Youming threw a banquet to welcome them.

"Qianling, what do you need my help with?" Master Youming asked.

"The Grand Elder and I are planning to head to a secret realm in the Extreme Void Domain—the one the beast race is guarding like crazy," Qianling explained.

"We just came back from there and spotted the Four Phase Giant City."

"You want me to kick that Four Phase Giant City out of there?" Master Youming asked, frowning.

"Nah, we just need you to lure the invincible respected elder from the Four Phase Giant City away. The Grand Elder and I have a way to sneak into that secret realm," Xu Fan chimed in.

"We don’t need to pull all of them away; three should do the trick," Master Qianling added.

"No problem. The Elder Council will send two higher-ranked elders over in a day, and then we can make our move."

"Just find your way into the secret realm, but there’s one thing I’d like you to agree to," Master Youming said after a moment of thought.

"Go ahead, sister."

"Take a few elders from the Elder Council into the secret realm. Don’t worry; they won’t be competing with you for the magical artifacts or spirit objects inside."

"Since the beast race is so protective of that secret realm, there’s got to be something important to them in there. The elders just need to mess up their plans."

"Whether you or the Elder Council end up with whatever the beast race is after, you’ll both come out ahead," Master Youming explained.

"Fair enough. The elders can come with us to the secret realm," Xu Fan agreed with a nod.

His main goal in going to the secret realm was to figure out where that familiar feeling was coming from. The closer he got, the stronger it became.

He wasn’t too fussed about the stuff inside the secret realm itself.

Master Youming nodded and said, "I’ll head over to the beast race tomorrow morning to stir things up and draw out their Invincible Beast King for you."

"Thanks, sister," Xu Fan said gratefully.

"Don’t mention it," Master Youming replied with a smile.

After their visit with Master Youming, the group returned to the classic Star Ship.

Xu Fan had thought about asking about Master Youming and his master, but then he figured it was just some romantic drama—when was it ever a good time to ask?

The classic Star Ship had a special observation deck, where Xu Fan sat cross-legged, staring deep into the Extreme Void Domain, lost in thought.

"Master, what’s on your mind?" Xu Gang asked, standing beside him.

"I’m wondering if that dazzling galaxy deep in the Extreme Void Domain is part of this realm," Xu Fan said, gazing into the distance.

"I’m not sure, but if we can see those stars, then heading toward where they shine should lead us to them," Xu Gang replied.

"You’re right; I was overthinking it," Xu Fan said with a smile.

"You’ve been improving quickly lately. Have you mastered the East Wind Divine Technique yet?" Xu Fan asked his first disciple.

"I’ve only grasped one of the techniques, and I’m still working on the others," Xu Gang replied, scratching his head.

"That’s impressive; it’s faster than I expected," Xu Fan praised.

"Among the disciples you’ve taken in, I know I’m the slowest learner."

"Because of that, I’ve been pushing myself hard in practicing my Cultivation Techniques and divine abilities," he continued.

"A few years ago, I suddenly felt a spark of enlightenment, and since then, my progress has sped up significantly," Xu Gang said.

"That’s great; you’ve finally had a breakthrough!" Xu Fan said, pleasantly surprised.

Xu Fan had thought it would take his first disciple one hundred years’ time to reach this point, but it happened sooner than he expected.

"Good, it seems I should give you what I prepared earlier than planned."

Xu Fan produced ten jade plates, all tailored specifically for Xu Gang’s divine abilities, which were much more advanced than what Xu Gang was currently learning and required greater talent.

"What is this, Master?" Xu Gang asked, confused.

"This is a system of divine abilities designed for you and your father. I originally intended to save it for Ling Tai, but I didn’t expect you to meet the requirements first," Xu Fan explained.

"Master, couldn’t I practice this system before?" Xu Gang asked, sounding a bit down.

"Everyone has their limits. If you push beyond them, you’ll only end up working twice as hard for half the results," Xu Fan replied.

In simpler terms, it was a matter of talent and comprehension, though Xu Fan didn’t put it so bluntly.

Xu Gang accepted the jade butterfly and asked, a bit dejected, "I’m so slow that I almost wasted Master’s efforts."

"Stop talking nonsense. It hasn’t been that long since I took you all in as disciples," Xu Fan said.

"Now, if I had you all spar, you alone could take on your brothers."

"Talent and comprehension aren’t everything. Keep working hard, and one day you’ll be able to shoulder great responsibilities for me," Xu Fan encouraged, understanding his disciple’s feelings.

"Thank you for the encouragement, Master," Xu Gang said, moved, then closed his eyes to start meditating on the techniques again.

Seven hours later, the Elder Council sent two higher-ranked elders to assist.

"Meet Respected Elder Qiyue and Respected Elder Fengjing. They’re old friends of mine, and they’ll be joining us in the secret realm," Master Qianling introduced.

"This is the Grand Elder of the Hidden Spirit Sect. My classic Star Ship was crafted by the Grand Elder, who is destined to become a great master of artifact crafting," he proudly told the two respected elders, clearly showing off his connection.

"Greetings, respected elders," Xu Fan said politely.

"Hello, Grand Elder," the two respected elders replied promptly, their eyes lighting up as they looked at Xu Fan.

They had already heard that Master Qianling knew a master craftsman who could craft star ships, and now they were finally meeting him in person.

"Now that everyone’s here, Grand Elder, shall we set off?" Master Qianling asked.

Xu Fan nodded and piloted the spiritual boat toward the Four Phase Giant City.

As the spiritual boat departed, the massive Dragon Immortal Palace also began moving toward the area guarded by the beast race.

"Little tiger, little loach, little dog, little bird, come and face your doom!"

Master Youming’s voice echoed across the front line of the beast race in the inner area of the Extreme Void Domain.
