Volume 2 + Chapter 22: The Amusement Park And Bai Yuxuan’s Goal

“Let’s go, time for our next stop.” After the two finished lunch and rested a little, Bai Yuxuan said to Ouyang Qianxue, who was lying on the sofa.

With that, Bai Yuxuan pulled Ouyang Qianxue towards the amusement park rides.

The roller coaster slowly climbed the steep slope and then suddenly plunged straight down.

Sitting inside, Ouyang Qianxue only felt himself being flipped over and over in the air. A constant feeling that he was about to be thrown out overwhelmed him. Instinctively, he closed his eyes and tightly hugged Bai Yuxuan beside him.

“You, always so stubborn no matter when. Just don’t think about anything for now and rest a bit.” So Bai Yuxuan let Ouyang Qianxue lie on his side with his head on her lap. She watched as the beautiful blonde fell asleep on her legs.

“Young Master, how are things?” The young woman in the suit from earlier quietly walked over and asked.

“Although it deviated a bit from the plan, this isn’t bad either. How are your preparations?”

“Everything is ready as you instructed.”

“Good. You’ve worked hard, Xiao Liu.”

“Young Master is too kind. This amount of work is hardly tiring.” After saying that, Xiao Liu quietly stepped back, careful not to disturb the two.

Hearing the boy’s mother’s words, Bai Yuxuan didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. A relationship like lovers was something she had never dared to consider. And so far, the only person who had entered her heart was Ouyang Qianxue, who was… a girl. She wasn’t planning on getting into a same-sex relationship. Besides, if she could just be friends with Ouyang, that alone would satisfy her immensely. She didn’t dare hope for anything more.

“Mmh…” Ouyang Qianxue, lying on Bai Yuxuan’s lap, yawned and slowly opened his eyes. Realizing he was lying on Bai Yuxuan’s lap, he immediately sprang upright.

“Why… Why was I lying on your lap?”

“Isn’t it because someone had to prove a point and ride the roller coaster? And your sleeping posture was awful, my pants are soaked with your drool!”

Looking at the wet patch on Bai Yuxuan’s pants, Ouyang Qianxue’s face flushed with embarrassment. He hurriedly apologized.

“Forget it. I bear some responsibility for this too. Let’s just call it even.”

“Congratulations, Ouyang Qianxue! Happy fifteenth birthday!” As Bai Yuxuan spoke, several butlers and maids pushed a cake and dinner towards them.
