The Heart Demon Xia Yi had been hoisted up and hung from a tree.

Her entire body was bound tightly in chains of ice, each one formed from condensed ice-attribute mana.

With her current fourth-tier strength, she was completely powerless against such restraints.

Never in her life had the Heart Demon Xia Yi imagined that the opponent’s power would be this overwhelming—utterly and absolutely above her.

“Let go of me! Let me go, you bottom-feeder!!” the Heart Demon Xia Yi shouted.

But Xia Lulu had no intention of indulging her. Instead, she lifted her hand and pulled on a chain connected to the large tail.

What was she planning? The Heart Demon Xia Yi could already guess most of it.

And she panicked.

“N-No, don’t!!”

“Don’t?” Xia Lulu let out a cold sneer.

“Bottom-feeder, stop it already!!”

The Heart Demon Xia Yi struggled desperately, causing her hanging body to sway wildly from the tree—left, right, wobbling in a way that looked utterly ridiculous.

“You can’t do this! You absolutely must not!!”

Without a doubt, Xia Lulu had only one intention—

To spank her.

But Xia Yi considered herself a proud warrior—how could she ever accept such humiliation?

“My daughter, you’ve been far too naughty. You need a little discipline,” Xia Lulu said.

“Daughter? Don’t tell me…”

The Heart Demon Xia Yi suddenly remembered something.

The other party had indeed been calling her “daughter,” and the current Xia Yi looked almost identical to the silver dragon loli standing before her.

Could she be… the Silver Dragon Queen—the one Xia Yi always muttered about?

Back then, the human Sword Saint challenged the Silver Dragon Queen, lost, and was turned into her daughter—reborn as a dragon.

“What is it, daughter? After doing something so mischievous and causing everyone so much trouble, are you trying to deny it now?” Xia Lulu asked curiously. “Where did that bold attitude from earlier go?”

“You… you…! Don’t think this will make me give in! You can’t change what I think! Bottom-feeder! Bottom-feeder! Bottom-feeder!!”

The Heart Demon Xia Yi was boiling with indignation. Even her words refused to back down.

“You’re the bottom-feeder!!”

That was her strength—her stubborn, unyielding mouth.

If it were the real Xia Yi, she would have already frozen in terror by now. But the Heart Demon Xia Yi managed to maintain her pride, refusing to let her momentum fall behind.

“Oh? And yet, which one of us looks more like the bottom-feeder right now?”

Xia Lulu snapped her fingers.

Pa!!

A crisp sound echoed.

The Heart Demon Xia Yi’s expression froze. Then her small face flushed red from ear to ear—burning hot.

Not only had she lost in battle, she was being mocked relentlessly and now thoroughly humiliated.

That shame was enough to crush her pride entirely.

“My, my… I only tapped your butt a little, and you already look like you’re about to cry.”

Xia Lulu raised a hand and pinched the Heart Demon Xia Yi’s cheek, as if she were dealing with a mischievous little wild kitten.

“Weren’t you so high-spirited just now? Why’d you go quiet the moment the punishment started?”

“Uu…!!”

The Heart Demon Xia Yi bit her lip, unable to lift her gaze to meet Xia Lulu’s eyes.

She was supposed to be the most evil, most ruthless Heart Demon—so how had she fallen to such a pathetic state today?

Her original goal had been to kill Xia Yi, seize her body, and then destroy the world afterward.

That was what should’ve fit the identity of a Heart Demon.

But what was she doing now?

Hanging from a tree, being spanked as punishment, completely unable to fight back.

No—she couldn’t accept defeat like this.

“I refuse to submit!!” the Heart Demon Xia Yi shouted boldly. “If you have the guts, then beat my butt until it breaks!!”

Xia Yi slowly opened her eyes and woke up.

Her vision was still a little blurry, so she rubbed her eyes.

But she clearly remembered handing control of her body over to her Heart Demon and telling her to enjoy a cup of milk tea properly.

So at this moment… the Heart Demon must’ve finished drinking, felt satisfied, and returned control to her, right?

“Hehe… now I can finally enjoy all the desserts~”

Xia Yi mumbled dreamily.

After all, she had been looking forward to this so much.

From the moment she entered the dessert shop, to summoning her Heart Demon and handing over control, she hadn’t tasted a single dessert.

Now, she could finally enjoy—

“Huh? Wait. Where… is this?”

Xia Yi froze.

This wasn’t the dessert shop at all—it was someplace extremely familiar.

Her own…

Room?

When had she returned home? And why was she lying face-down on her bed?

“So weird… What happened? Did my Heart Demon come back on her own—”

As she spoke, she tried to get up.

But that small movement triggered a certain part of her body—sending a searing pain across it.

“Uu-waah!!”

Xia Yi cried out and collapsed back onto the bed.

“Princess, you’re awake?”

Serra approached her bedside, asking with concern.

“S-Serra, what… happened to me!?” Xia Yi asked urgently. “Why does my butt feel like—!”

“You… don’t remember?” Serra paused, hesitating.

“Remember what?”

“What you did.”

“What did I do?”

“Well… pfft.”

Serra tried to hold back laughter—but failed.

Xia Yi was even more confused.

“Serra! Just tell me!!”

“As you command, Princess.”

Serra leaned down and whispered everything that had happened directly into Xia Yi’s ear—every detail from beginning to end.

After hearing her maid’s full recounting… the little princess was completely dumbfounded.

Heart-Demon…

Why did you have to stir up trouble with Xia Lulu of all people!?

You brought disaster on yourself—and now I have to pay the price.

“That’s everything, Princess. All your allowance must be forfeited to compensate for the dessert shop’s damages until fully repaid,” Serra explained. “Afterward, you must drink bitter melon juice daily, have broccoli added to every meal, and your manga privileges are revoked. Her Majesty said this is all to make sure you learn your lesson.”

“That wasn’t me!!”

Xia Yi felt wronged to death. It was obviously her Heart Demon’s doing.

“Uhh… Princess, protesting won’t help. Everyone saw it,” Serra said with an awkward yet polite smile.

“Th-This…”

Xia Yi’s mental state completely collapsed.

All the Heart Demon’s trouble was now pinned onto her.

She had worked so hard, planned everything so carefully, and in the end not only failed to eat a single dessert, but also lost all her allowance—past and future, got her butt beaten, and had all her manga confiscated.

Not only bitter melon juice… now even broccoli at every meal…
