Chapter 54: Exchange

Hua Yun saw Yu Xiu and his face lit up with joy. With a smile, he said slowly, "Yu Xiu, I know deep down you can’t be without me."

With those words, she leaped out and without further ado, started to fight. Ying Tu had been keeping an eye on the situation and quickly faced Cancan as she appeared. However, having witnessed Cancan’s fury before, he was somewhat wary and didn’t dare to get too close.

Recalling the spells Hua Qing had taught her, Cancan joined her hands, chanted a spell, but Ying Tu swiftly dodged. He sneered, "You don’t seem so formidable outside of the Demon Realm." With that, he rapidly extended his arms, transforming into a huge crow and swiftly flying up, grabbing Cancan and tossing her aside in a loop. She couldn’t resist and was thrown heavily to the ground, coughing up blood in agony.

No matter the situation, Mu Bai and Big Green couldn’t avoid getting involved. They quickly joined the fray, creating a tangled mess as Hua Yun continued to hold Yu Xiu, coldly watching Ying Tu and the other three.

Ying Tu wasn’t attacking Mu Bai much, but kept attacking Cancan repeatedly, aiming for her shoulder. Cancan knew why he was doing this, even though she didn’t have much power, she could barely keep up with her flexibility and skill.

Seeing that Ying Tu couldn’t solve them immediately, Hua Yun suddenly transformed into a sword, intending to quickly deal with the group. Yu Xiu, who had been held captive by him, already harbored a deep hatred towards him. Seeing him like this, she fiercely pushed back towards him. Despite Hua Yun stumbling, he didn’t hesitate and directly stabbed Yu Xiu with his sword. Cancan gritted her teeth and had to face Hua Yun. Hua Yun, coldly holding his sword, created numerous illusions of swords that stabbed directly at Cancan. Unable to dodge in time, Cancan was finally pierced by a sword, covered in wounds and blood, collapsing on the ground.
