Chapter 29: You Leave

Hua Yun picked up Yu Xiu, who seemed to be shattered. Cancan also approached with great concern and asked, "How is Yu Xiu? Good people can’t die!"

Suddenly, Yu Xiu woke up, weakly opening her eyes. She looked around at everyone, hesitating as she asked, "Are you… the immortal Hua Qing?"

Cancan blinked, not understanding why Yu Xiu seemed forgetful. They had already been introduced before. Cancan worried that Yu Xiu might have amnesia, which wasn’t good.

Hua Qing remained calm and said, "I am the Hua Qing from Shu Mountain." Without saying much more, he turned and left, ignoring Yu Xiu’s longing gaze. For some reason, Cancan felt her ears itching and scratched them, feeling uncomfortable.
