Chapter 165: Teleportation Formation

"Fourth Brother’s issue has finally been resolved."

After getting feedback from the grape, Xu Fan felt relieved. Even though the improved version of the Cycle of Rebirth wasn’t as effective as the original, it completely removed the side effects, making it worth the effort to cultivate.

With a major task out of the way, Xu Fan decided to treat himself to ten days of relaxation.

Over the years, while Xu Fan had been in seclusion, cultivation only took up a small portion of his time. Most of it was spent deducing techniques, mastering artifact crafting, or simply taking it easy.

When Xu Fan opened the news page on his communication artifact, he stumbled upon a discount announcement from the Heavenly Artifact Sect.

"Want to explore the Endless Sea? Dreaming of uncovering countless treasures of heaven and earth? The Heavenly Artifact Sect’s giant Sea Ships are now on sale!"

"Not 10 million, not 50 million—just 30 million top-grade spirit stones, and you can take a giant Sea Ship home! We even offer installment plans."

"Want your sect to rise to the ranks of top-tier sects? Don’t hesitate—buy now!"

"Additionally, we have 20 Star Ships on sale. Contact us if interested."

Xu Fan couldn’t help but critique the ad: "At least include a picture of the Sea Ship! And why not throw in a flashy investment return chart to really convince people to empty their savings?"

"30 million top-grade spirit stones is the same as 3 billion spirit stones."

Xu Fan did the math and realized it would take over a century of saving to afford one.

"If there’s a chance to buy one for practice, I might consider it, but not now. Without any Void Refinement stage strong beings in the sect, we wouldn’t even be able to operate the Sea Ship."

After browsing the news, Xu Fan pulled out a piece of spirit iron and started brainstorming how to craft a more powerful artifact.

A year later, just one month before Xu Fan was set to advance to the Golden Core Stage, the Human Realm and the demon race began to merge.

At that moment, in the Extreme Void Domain, over 200 Star Ships and thousands of warships, each tens of thousands of meters long, stood ready at the inner wall of the boundary.

The first clash between the beast race and the human race was bound to erupt in the Extreme Void Domain.

On one of the warships, a respected elder said,

"Maybe someone else should take the lead. The demon race’s giant beast warships are built for close combat. You tend to get impulsive, and when you’re stressed, you charge in recklessly."

"Plus, your cannon fire isn’t exactly precise—it’s just a waste of resources."

The respected elder tried to persuade the one sitting in the control room.

"I’ve already informed the elder—I bought this warship."

"With my strength, dying would be tough. You should head to another warship to avoid getting caught up in the fight."

"If the warship gets destroyed, I’ll just switch to my true form and join the battle," the respected elder in the control room said casually.

The elder standing nearby, seeing his advice fall on deaf ears, had no choice but to leave the warship, knowing full well that with that person’s piloting skills, it would likely be among the first to be destroyed.

"All ambition, no skill," the elder muttered as he walked away.

In the cultivation world, Star Ships and warships in the Extreme Void Domain were equipped with formations to block spiritual perception, and given the vast distances between them, hitting targets with the spirit-cannon was no easy feat. Operators had to rely on the Star Gaze technique to predict enemy positions and launch long-range attacks.

This meant that being a skilled warship operator required more than just high cultivation—accuracy was key.

The respected elder boarded a massive Star Ship, planning to lend a hand once that doomed warship met its end.

Meanwhile, on a planet behind the Star Ship, the Starry-Eyed Boy opened his eyes and gazed at the inner wall, tens of thousands of miles away from the warship.

"It’s starting," he said, his voice tinged with excitement.

On the other side, in the demon race’s territory, the area was already packed with various giant beast warships, the smallest stretching ten thousand meters and the largest an astonishing hundred thousand meters long.

At the forefront of the giant beasts was an enormous giant turtle, the Boundless Turtle, stretching hundreds of miles in length. It was the oldest beast in the demon race and boasted the strongest defensive strength.

"The human race is bold, daring to try and swallow up our demon race and wipe us out."

"I don’t care about any grudges between your clans right now. You must set them aside. Once we eliminate the human race, we’ll reward you based on your contributions, and then you can settle your disputes however you like."

"As the Golden-Winged Beast Emperor, I command you to kill every last human."

The voice of the Golden-Winged Roc echoed throughout the entire space, its overwhelming bloodline suppression forcing all the demons present to bow their heads.

"Understood~~"

The voices of the clan leaders reverberated across the Extreme Void Domain.

At that moment, a small hole appeared on the inner boundary of the fusion of the two realms. Both the Human Realm and the demon race began to tremble.

At this moment, both humans and demons looked up at the sky in unison.

Xu Fan, now an old man due to his impending end, struggled to lift his head toward the sky and said slowly, "It’s about to begin. Thankfully, it’s not too early."

After speaking, Xu Fan fell into a deep sleep. His body was severely depleted, and it was no longer wise for him to speak further.

As time passed, the hole for the fusion of the two realms grew larger, now the size of a well.

Once the two middle thousand worlds officially began to merge, the process slowed down, giving the feeling of water droplets slowly forming a sea.

"All demons, wait here. We’ll begin the full invasion once the Boundless Turtle can pass through the hole."

"Understood."

Meanwhile, in the Human Realm, following the orders of the Starry-Eyed Boy, most of the warships split into two groups and flew toward the left and right directions.

"The first demon to emerge will undoubtedly be that Boundless Turtle, which has lived for hundreds of thousands of years in the demon realm. It’ll be perfect for my pool," the Starry-Eyed Boy said with a laugh.

Suddenly, endless teleportation formations shot out from the demon realm like meteors, hurtling toward the central continent.

Before anyone could react, a massive Qian Kun Mirror appeared in the sky, and a light column illuminated all the formations crashing down toward the central continent.

"Master, aren’t we going to stop this?" a respected elder beside the Starry-Eyed Boy asked.

"No need. These teleportation formations have already absorbed the aura of the Qian Kun Mirror. Any demons teleporting over with cultivation above the Core Formation stage will be intercepted into the internal space of the Qian Kun Mirror."

"As for the demons that do make it through, consider it practice for the sects and a warning to them."

"Master, very clever," the respected elder said, bowing his head.

As the teleportation formations scattered across the central continent, an inconspicuous small formation crashed toward Lin Sen Fairy City.

At this moment, all the sects on the central continent tensed up, knowing that the demon race was about to arrive.

Outside the Hidden Spirit Sect, on the Ten Thousand-Mile Giant Lake, Lei Wenxi, while feeding the turtle, looked up at a distant light.

"What is that, a meteor?" Lei Wenxi said, continuing to feed the turtle.
