Chapter 100: Saint Tyrant (1)
A distant country, the Air Alliance.
Tatsumi City.
Bai Yan held his cellphone, deep in contemplation.
The small pixelated figure on the mobile screen showed a black-haired girl sitting in a wheelchair, with one lifeless prosthetic eye and another that gleamed like sapphire, along with mechanical limbs encased in a white metallic shell.
The wheelchair moved forward automatically, and the black-haired girl lowered her head slightly.
“The power of information and sharing drives you.”
“This is… Cybertyrant, and now it’s your turn.”
Bai Yan murmured that although she would be teleported here during mission execution, it might be somewhat challenging to provide assistance under these extraordinary circumstances.
Nevertheless, this wasn’t necessarily the case, as after the second playthrough, Babel Tower had introduced many new features.
They could even meet and trade within Babel Tower’s confines.
Her ultimate title was ‘Cyber Machine God’ – a powerful young girl with a gentle heart who despised fighting yet possessed the frightening ability to control networks at will.
For “Cybertyrant,” any problem that could be solved online wasn’t truly a problem… Living in Night Union was both her misfortune and fortune.
The only concern was her vulnerability offline, though “Cybertyrant,” with her formidable hacking abilities, wasn’t entirely defenseless in the physical world.
Following standard protocol, Bai Yan accessed the “operator list” and selected “Cybertyrant,” making modifications to her exclusive battle slogan.
He revised the sentence: “I am the raging wave, unstoppable by force.”
The new infiltration mission involved stealing Rock Morgan group’s confidential technology.
While other Core Operators might struggle, for “Cybertyrant,” this wasn’t a challenging task.
“Rock Morgan group, hmm.”
Bai Yan frowned, as the current objective was significant and definitely involved a more powerful entity than the Black Star Faction.
The Night Union wasn’t a unified political state but rather a chaotic nation dominated by three super-conglomerates known as the “Three Titans.”
The Three Titans consisted of “Rock Morgan Group,” “Noy Military,” and “Nine Trees Foundation,” each possessing extraordinarily formidable capabilities.
If all three were to collaborate, they could easily overcome the Air Alliance… however, this was, of course, impossible, as the Three Titans were notorious for their ceaseless infighting.
Bai Yan suddenly recalled something irrelevant to the moment.
“By the way, I remember that the hidden force behind the Nine Trees Foundation seemed inhuman – some terrible entity on par with gods… and the powerful figures of all countries remain oblivious to this.”
Bai Yan pondered – well, how to describe it – the sensation of being the world’s sole bearer of this conspiracy was rather peculiar.
The mobile phone screen’s image changed.
In a small, dark-toned apartment room, a limbless girl sat before a computer screen amid various clutter, with barely any space for movement.
A set of outdated, silver mechanical limbs lay casually on a nearby single bed, ready to automatically connect to the girl’s joint interfaces upon command.
Due to the mechanical limbs’ outdated model and lack of funds for new ones, frequent connections caused nerve pain.
Therefore, when at home, “Cybertyrant” often maintained an unusual posture.
Before undertaking the mission, Bai Yan opened “Cybertyrant’s” task card.

Description: Parents committed suicide, unable to repay enormous debts. Due to inherited debts, the character was forced into drug testing, leading to a shattered life. Though rarely showing sadness for personal misfortune, the character isn’t truly optimistic, yet remains gentle with almost everyone… wielding absolute power like a tyrant in the internet world.
In Night Union, debt accumulation was inevitable, as everyone was born owing money.
Three months before birth, they were forcefully enrolled in the “Beautiful Life Project” by the super corporation, owing money for the air, water, and education they would “enjoy” after birth. Upon reaching adulthood, they had to begin debt repayment.
Bai Yan fell into contemplation, quite impressed by several of “Cybertyrant’s” plotlines.
The most striking memory was of her gentleness and fortitude.
Though appearing to be just a disabled young girl, she might actually be more suited than Nightsaber for leadership.
In certain plotlines from the first playthrough, Cybertyrant had actively taken charge and united operators with differing ideas to overcome various challenges together.
