Chapter 24 Robbery
by SurroundedbyBooksClang! The continuous clanging of metal echoed in the bar. The iron bars and watermelon knives slashed at Yu Ziqing’s body as if they were cutting steel bars.
The greater the force of the chop, the greater the rebound force. Many people were so badly affected by the rebound that their arms went numb, their hands split open, and even the blade of the watermelon knife curled up.
Everyone was stunned and dumbfounded by this sudden phenomenon. Holding their weapons, they stared in surprise and confusion, unsure whether to continue the attack or retreat.
While they were still in a daze, Yu Ziqing’s fair and delicate face revealed a ferocious and sneer. He swung the iron rod in his hand and rushed into the crowd, like a wolf breaking into a flock of sheep. He started hitting the thugs indiscriminately, leaving his entire back and even his head completely exposed to the attacks.
A series of screams echoed through the bar as the thugs lay on the ground one after another, clutching their heads and legs, rolling around in agony.
As Yu Ziqing went on a rampage like a madman, indiscriminately slashing at anyone he saw, the thugs’ weapons rained down on him. But the storm of attacks not only failed to harm Yu Ziqing, but instead caused their arms to go numb and ache, leaving them in agony.
In the blink of an eye, the bar was littered with thugs lying haphazardly on the ground, their blood staining the floor and emitting a strong stench of blood.
When only seven or eight people remained standing in the entire bar, Yu Ziqing’s almost bizarre and insane fighting style finally broke them down. They could no longer hold onto their weapons, and with a thud, they threw them all to the ground. Then, they crouched on the ground, trembling and clutching their heads.
In the blink of an eye, only Tiger remained in the empty bar, stubbornly refusing to throw down his weapon, but everyone could see that he was terrified.
Yu Ziqing walked slowly towards Tiger Brother, tapping the iron rod lightly in his hand, his deep eyes devoid of any emotion.
Yu Ziqing was furious to be beaten up by a group of thugs again!
Thud! Yu Ziqing slammed the stick into Tiger’s shoulder, and Tiger felt as if his bones were about to shatter. Clang! The iron stick fell to the ground, and Tiger half-knelt down.
“Damn it, isn’t your Tiger Brother so tough? Didn’t you want to beat me to death? Come on!” Yu Ziqing cursed as he kicked Tiger Brother to the ground, then stepped on his chest and placed the iron rod on his forehead.
Tiger felt the coldness of the iron rod, and he also smelled the aura of death emanating from Yu Ziqing.
This is the aura that only a truly ruthless character who has killed people could exude!
Tiger’s body trembled slightly, and fear showed in his eyes. Under the naked threat of death, he was finally afraid.
“I, Tiger, admit defeat today. Please, boss, let me off the hook.” Tiger finally bowed his head and admitted defeat.
Yu Ziqing then slowly released his feet, hoisted the iron rod onto his shoulder, and plopped down on the high chair at the bar. His gaze slowly swept over the messy bar and the injured people scattered on the ground, finally settling on the buck-toothed man who was crouching on the ground, trembling and clutching his head.
“Bucktooth, come here!” Yu Ziqing beckoned to Bucktooth.
Bucktooth shuddered and scrambled toward Yu Ziqing. He had been bluffing from behind to escape, becoming the third thug to remain unharmed.
“Boss, I, I didn’t hit you!” Bucktooth hurriedly stammered as he approached Yu Ziqing, afraid that the iron rod on Yu Ziqing’s shoulder would hit him like it had hit Tiger.
Even Tiger, whose body is said to be made of copper and iron, couldn’t withstand a single blow, so Bucktooth doesn’t think his body can take it.
“Yes, I’ve always thought you were very smart, and you haven’t disappointed me!” Yu Ziqing nodded.
“Boss, you flatter me, you flatter me!” Bucktooth was so excited that his face turned red. This time, he had really made a fool of himself in front of everyone, including Tiger from Weizhen East Station.
“My bag is over there. I don’t need to tell you what to do next, do I?” Yu Ziqing pointed to the shoulder bag that had been thrown on the ground during the fight and said calmly.
“Yes, yes, I’ll take care of it right away.” The buck-toothed man nodded repeatedly, turned around and took a step, then turned back and asked, “Boss, this time, is the phone still not needed?”
Yu Ziqing nodded and said, “The usual!”
The buck-toothed boy, having received the order, scurried up to a thug, carrying a shoulder bag with the top wide open, and said smugly, “Quick, hand over all your valuables!”
The thug couldn’t help but find what he was saying sounded plausible.
Damn it, that’s a line from a robbery! Now it’s my turn to get robbed!
The thug cursed under his breath, but dared not utter a single word of protest. Seventy or eighty men, plus Tiger and Zeng Quan, the two top-notch thugs Zeng Li, not only failed to subdue them, but were all knocked to the ground. Even Tiger, renowned throughout Hangzhou and Lincheng, had his bones broken. What could a small-time thug like him do? He had no choice but to accept his fate!
At this point, the thugs actually admired Bucktooth a bit; at least he knew that pragmatism was the mark of a wise man and that it was wise to avoid risks.
Being a gangster is a high-risk profession, and knowing how to avoid risks is definitely a skill that needs to be learned!
Despite the physical and mental pain, the thug took out his gold necklace, gold bracelet, and money from his wallet and put them into his buck-toothed, open shoulder bag.
Bucktooth, carrying a shoulder bag, approached the second thug. Before the old man could even speak, the thug had already started taking off his necklace and bracelet. By the time he got to the third thug, the thug had already prepared gold necklaces and other valuables. Just as Bucktooth was about to continue collecting money, some of the less seriously injured thugs had already stepped forward to “pay up.”
Even though he knew perfectly well that these valuables weren’t for him, seeing the thugs, both small and big, obediently putting their valuables into their bags still gave Bucktooth a great sense of satisfaction.
That’s what a real man is! That’s what real skill is! What kind of skill is it to take money from ordinary people? A truly capable person is like me, no, like that other boss, who takes money from people in the underworld!
That’s awesome, fucking awesome! That was so satisfying, fucking satisfying! It’s a shame that the boss wasn’t a gangster, otherwise I would definitely become his underling, even the lowest underling, I would accept it.
The buck-toothed man collected money along the way, seemingly infatuated, and even displayed a smug and arrogant demeanor, as if he were hanging out with Yu Ziqing.
Finally, after collecting the money and reaching Tiger, Bucktooth suddenly realized what was happening. He trembled all over and stammered, “Tiger, Tiger!”
Tiger, however, had long lost his earlier arrogance. He nodded to Bucktooth, slowly took off his gold necklace, gold bracelet, watch, and gold ring with gemstones, and stuffed them all into his bag.
Seeing Tiger, who was usually aloof and never even gave him a second glance, obediently put his valuables into his bag, Bucktooth felt lightheaded, as if he were about to fly away.
Anyone else dare to look down on me? You dare try collecting protection money from Brother Tiger like I do? Damn it, you’re all so narrow-minded! I, Bucktooth, am a dragon in a pond, and one day I’ll soar to the heavens!
